Your profile:

You are enrolled at a university
You have a general technical understanding as well as imagination
You are interested in the topics industry and automotive
You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working with a high degree of initiative
You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Training as a cutting machine operator specializing in turning technology, (m/f/d)

Training duration 3.5 years

Your tasks

In the course of your training, which starts on 01.08.2023, you will be involved in our company in many ways. In addition to a varied daily work routine, a familiar working atmosphere awaits you, with the following tasks among your activities:

Manual and machine material processing (drilling, turning, milling, grinding)
Machine production of precision turned parts, especially for the automotive sector
Operation and maintenance of our cutting machines
Operation of CNC automatic lathes with consideration of form, dimension and material properties
Assurance of product quality with the help of modern measuring equipment
Disposal of metal chips, coolants, lubricants and other waste products according to environmental protection management specifications

Your profile:

For training as a cutting machine operator, you will bring the following with you:

Basic interest in technical processes
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry
Successful graduation
Solid basic knowledge in mathematics and physics as well as good spatial imagination
Manual dexterity and a careful way of working
Sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and a high degree of willingness to learn Further training opportunities
