Supply chain management is a quality and reflection of corporate and network management and is not a fad.

Supply chain management is based on a holistic approach. We take the approach of planning, managing and controlling logistics networks as a whole. Our primary goal is to optimize costs and logistics performance across all links of the supply chain management. The aim here is to integrate all suppliers, manufacturers and distributors involved in the supply chain as cooperation partners in a partnership-based “win-win” relationship in order to increase and consolidate the competitive position of the entire logistics and value chain. Overall optimum in particular with regard to transparency, costs, delivery quantities, delivery times and inventories across all companies. Of course, the legal and technical-economic limits must be taken into account when integrating the supplier into a “supply network”.

Warehouse and shipping processing

In our warehouses, we ensure flawless incoming goods, logistics and outgoing goods processes. Incoming goods by truck are processed, detailed quality controls are carried out on request, packaging materials are prepared according to specifications, reusable containers are separated and repacked, inventories are carried out and outgoing goods deliveries are consolidated. In addition to repacking processes of delivered goods, we also offer cross-docking handling. We round off our range of services with packaging planning and development, disposition of packaging materials and order picking. In addition, you get a transparent and detailed analysis of your inventory at any time.

From standard to individual solutions.

All customer requirements and orders, as well as delivery notifications can already be processed by us via EDI, according to different standards (VDA, Odette etc.). Possible adjustments to the document and transmission structures are made in a bilateral exchange with you.
